Steve James is a REALTOR® with Compass. The Services are built and hosted by Homiere, Inc. (“Homiere”), which also operates the AI Home Search tool on Steve’s behalf.

Information you provide. We may collect information you give us when you:

  • Book a call or request a tour of a listing
  • Use the AI Home Search tool

If you check the call and text consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Steve James about real estate services at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of using the Services or of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
